WHO WE ARE
Our Mission
At WAY Youth Club, we are dedicated to supporting and educating young people aged 11–16 years. We have been a registered charity since 2002 and continue to provide a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where young people can build confidence, learn new skills, and form positive relationships. Through a range of engaging activities, mentoring, and outreach, we strive to give every young person the tools they need to thrive both now and in the future.
What We Do
We are a free of charge, open access youth club operating two evenings a week during term time at The Tillage Hall, Waterbeach.
We are managed by a board of volunteer Trustees supported by a team of part time youth workers and volunteers.
We are funded by a range of supporters including South Cambs District Council, Waterbeach Parish Council, Cambridgeshire Community Foundation, UK Youth, Friends of WAY and The Evelyn Trust.
